What is CEP©, and who is it for?
The Community Engagement Platform (CEP©) is designed to uplift communities and help individuals unlock their potential through accessible learning and meaningful opportunities. It is tailored to support skills development and social impact by providing a central hub where users can access educational content, engage with local projects, and connect opportunity seekers with employment opportunities that drive positive change.

How do I register as an Organisation, funder, or
Opportunity Seeker?
To register, navigate to the registration page. During the registration process, you will be prompted to select the type of profile that best fits you—Organisation, funder, or Opportunity Seeker. Simply choose the appropriate option and complete the registration form.

Is there a cost to use the platform?
No, CEP© is completely free to use. However, you will need internet access to interact with the platform.

How do I log in to my account?
To log in, go to the sign-in page, enter your registered email address and password, and you’ll gain access to the platform.

What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, go to the sign-in page and click on the “Reset Password” option. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter your registered email address. After submitting your email, you will receive a link via email to reset your password.

Can I access CEP© on mobile devices?
Yes, CEP© is fully mobile-friendly and can be accessed seamlessly on smartphones and tablets.
Organisation Profile & Fundraising

How do I create an Organisation profile on CEP©?
To create an Organisation profile, navigate to the registration page. During registration, select the "Organisation" profile type and complete the required information to set up your profile.

Can I update or edit my organisation's profile after
registration?
Yes, you can update or edit your organisation's profile at any time. Simply navigate to the "Profile" section on the platform, where you can make changes to your profile details as needed.

How do I showcase my initiatives to attract
funders?
CEP© provides multiple ways to highlight your initiatives:
- Organisation's Section: This section displays all organisations or enterprises, including NGOs, allowing potential funders to view your profile and learn about your work.
- Projects Section: Use this section to showcase specific initiatives your organisation is working on. Funders can browse and explore your posted projects to better understand your impact.

By completing your organisation's profile and providing comprehensive details about your organisation's impactful work, funders will be able to view your profile and are more likely to connect with you. Please note that organisations cannot directly approach funders on the CEP© platform.

How do I track funder engagement
with my profile?

What happens after a funder
expresses interest in my organisation?
When a funder expresses interest in your organisation, the process involves coordination with Siyakha representatives. Once the funder deposits funds into the designated Siyakha Impact Trust account, a 5% commission is deducted, and the remaining funds are distributed to support the selected social cause or project.

Can organisations apply for
opportunities that are posted on the platform?
No, organisations cannot apply for job seeker requests or opportunities.

What access do organisations
have to the Document Library?
Organisations can download and view documents uploaded to the platform.

have to the Campus?
Organisations can take courses available on the platform to enhance their skills and knowledge.

How can I register as a funder on
CEP©?
To register as a funder, navigate to the registration page. During the registration process, select the "Donor/Funder" profile type and complete the required fields to create your account.

How do I search for NGOs that align
with my funding priorities?
CEP© provides a comprehensive search feature in the organisations section. You can sort and filter organisations based on their objectives, focus areas, or the type of organisation, making it easy to find organisations that align with your funding priorities.

How do I initiate contact with an
organisation?
Once you find an organisation you are interested in, you can view their profile to access contact details. You can communicate with them directly via email or phone, as provided on the platform.

What kind of due diligence does
CEP© perform on organisations?
CEP© conducts a thorough screening process for all organisations to verify and validate their information. This ensures that only credible and legitimate organisations are showcased on the platform, enhancing trust and transparency for potential funders and partners.

Is there a way to track the impact
of my investment?
Once a funder has invested in an organisation or initiative, Siyakha will monitor the project's progress, assess its impact, and provide the funder with a comprehensive impact report.

customers/donor funders have to the Campus?
They can take courses available on the platform to enhance their knowledge and skills.

What can corporate customers/donor
funders access in the Document Library?
They can download documents uploaded to the platform for reference or use.

Opportunity Seekers & Job Opportunities

profile?
To create an Opportunity Seeker profile, navigate to the registration page. During registration, select the "Opportunity Seeker" profile type and complete the required fields to set up your profile.

How do I find jobs or volunteering
opportunities on CEP©?
CEP© features a dedicated Opportunities section where you can search, filter, and explore various opportunities, including volunteer roles and job openings. Simply use the search and filter tools to find the opportunities that best suit your interests and skills.

Can I apply for multiple
opportunities at once?
Yes, you can apply to as many opportunities as you wish. There is no limit to the number of applications you can submit.

What kind of organisations post
job openings on CEP©?
Various organisations and enterprises including NGOs, nonprofits, social enterprises, and other mission-driven entities that are focused on creating positive social impact.

What access do opportunity seekers have to
the Document Library?
View and download uploaded documents.

How do I track my job
applications?
Your dashboard allows you to monitor your interactions with the platform. From there, you can view the status of your job or opportunity applications, keeping you informed about any updates or progress.

Projects section?
View approved projects
Opportunity Seekers cannot:
- See the status of projects
- Access the "Fund Now" button
- Create projects

Yes, Opportunity Seekers can manage their profile by adding or updating their profile picture and other personal details.

Can Opportunity Seekers create or manage
Organisation profiles?
No, Opportunity Seekers cannot create or manage Organisation profiles. They can only interact with existing profiles as outlined above.

What is included in the Opportunity Seeker
profile's access to the Campus?
Opportunity Seekers have full access to the Campus, allowing them to enroll in courses, participate in assessments, and access learning resources.
